"This place is like a hidden gem. My 1 bed 1 bath apartment was very spacious. Great management team as well, took care of things instantly and carefully."
"I have lived at Drake Court Apartments for 18 plus years and have enjoyed living here. I moved in shortly after they were renovated because of the close proximity to the Downtown/Old Market area and Liberty Elementary School. It was also close to the bus lines. The building that I live in has 8 units. We all know each other since most of us have lived here for at least 10 years, or longer. The complex, as a whole, is pretty quiet and everyone is respectful of each other. The property and parking garage are kept clean and maintained. I have a good relationship with our management and custodial teams, and they are very prompt in dealing with any questions and repair issues that I have. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment."
"Me and my wife Dixie moved here about three years ago. She passed away but she loved the apartment dearly. It was the best apartment she ever lived in. She enjoyed chatting with Peter Keefner the property manager when she was sitting outside and he happened to be walking around. The staff is friendly, you never have to wait long if something needs fixed. Even on a weekend or in the middle of the night. The emergency number has someone come very quickly. The grounds are always clean and well cared for. This is the best apartment me or my late wife ever lived at. I rate it 5 stars."
"I’ve lived at Drake Court for just about two years and I really, really love living here!! Lori, Peter, and every maintenance staff are so kind and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well taken care of, and maintenance requests are always followed up with promptly. The affordable price and amenities are hard to beat. Genuinely the best apartment/property I’ve lived at!"
"My first apartment in Omaha, I was lucky enough to find an affordable location within walking distance of the downtown area. The architecture has a very nice appeal to it, and I have had no complaints with management as well as maintenance. The parking garage is an excellent boon, that I have grown to truly appreciate during the winters here. Like other comments, no elevators is tough sledding for the higher floors, but all in all the pros outweigh all cons in my eyes."
