Cindy, the property manager, played a significant role in making my transition seamless. She went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns I had and ensured that all my needs were met. Her dedication and the overall quality of this community make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a great place to live. The location is also very convenient and quiet. Exactly what I needed!"

"This place is such a nice place to live if you looking for something pet friendly. Close to the base and an easy access to get there. Also amazing place for school districts, and their pool is so nice. Jamie is such a nice person there and has one of the best respect towards people. Definitely recommend if your looking for a nice place to stay even for a short while."

"Was a great place until it was time to leave. Cindy cancelled our notice to vacate for simply asking how much a smaller apartment cost. With no written notice to us or from us she insisted we then pay the outrageous month-to-month rate due to our notice being cancelled even though we never cancelled it. She was extremely rude and condescending any time we spoke. She lied several times and changed the story with each person she spoke to. Eventually she admitted that she had cancelled but claimed it was as a favor to us, without ever informing us of this favor. Once we got a lawyer involved it was suddenly the corporate office that was making things difficult and was tying her hands. We loved the apartment for the most part until she tried to bully us into covering her own illegal actions. Jamie and Leilani are wonderful but have 0 positive things to say about Cindy."

"The leasing staff here are amazing! We had to last minute find a new place to live 3 days before move in and Pavilion did everything they could to make something work for us! Cindy and Leilani are fantastic and super helpful! Both went out of their way to get us approved and settled in efficiently. Buildings are clean and quiet and the apartments very spacious and bright! Very happy to be here!"
