"I moved over to WDSM back in April and haven’t gone to another vape shop because this one checks all my boxes! The employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable! One employee in specific, Paige, deserves a direct shout out tho- she is kind, helpful, and patient! Super refreshing to interact with someone so bubbly and kind during their work day especially towards the end of a long night! Paige deserves a raise for the great energy she puts out in the shop!!!"

"I’ve shopped here for years…..NEVER AGAIN. Long story short, I was already stressed….single mom with ADHD kid, drove through a snow storm to get to CIV, only to discover at register I left my debit card at home. Everyone’s worst nightmare….and frantically tore through my purse to find old cards to cover my purchase. The staff immediately quit being friendly, stopped talking to me and would not even return a smile. Maybe they felt awkward, but the employee who was “assisting” me was absolutely awful; he glared at me the entire time, gruffly mumbled something about if I was going to pay and acted as though I was the scum of the earth. I smiled and tried to make small talk through the humiliation….he completely ignored/wouldn't respond to me. It felt like the walk of shame leaving the store….not even a “Goodbye” or “Have a nice day.” Even my 6 year old son noticed and said “They are mean! I never, ever, ever want to go back there again”! Needless to say, I now shop at a completely different franchise; even though it’s twice the distance away, but definitely worth it to avoid this place!"
"The young gentleman i spoke to was sympothetic to the fact that i am visiting from out of town and broke my tank. He confirmed they had a replacement glass for it, and even changed it and cleaned out the broken glass for me. Recommended a juice based off of my parameters, and suggested a juice that was actually already my favorite. Very helpfull, and very polite."
