Their quality is top notch, unlike the other places with lower prices. You get what you pay for here. I have had only one instance where I got a faulty vape and they replaced it for me. They have great deals frequently, and they have an awesome loyalty program. And I want to emphasize how freaking incredible their customer service is. The head manager is a truly awesome guy and the whole team is amazing. They all take the time to be personable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will take their time with you and answer any question you have. They’ll even hold the door open for you any possible chance they have. Chris helped me out today, this was the first time I met him, and he was an absolute gem. 10/10 would recommend."

"Excellent selection of products. The guys working there were patient with me, gave me great recommendations and weren't pushy, which I appreciated. Highly recommend the Lights Out Brownie. One small piece and you sleep like the dead. The dog treats helped our dog a ton with her anxiety during the 4th of July fireworks too!"
