"I would not recommend this firm, particularly if you are using Quickbooks online, you would probably be ok if using QB desktop version. I am trying to move our bookkeeping services to another firm, and some of the passwords seem to be having trouble etc. I'll just say that thus far it hasn't been a smooth transfer out of here.
