Lyncrest Manor Apartments

"It's been a month since moving into Lyncrest Manor. This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and I couldn't be more satisfied with choosing this place. The move-in process was slick, I'm in proximity to most destinations while being surrounded by a nice neighborhood, the residents here are kind, the amenities are great, and the staff here is wonderful. I found Lyncrest Manor after searching through several different apartments. Lyncrest was the last one on my list and I instantly knew it was the place for me."

"By far the best apartments I have lived in, here in Sioux Falls. The Rachel (management) is always easy to work with, the maintenance crew (Mike and Dan) are so friendly when fixing amenities, and the living space is fantastic. My neighbors are fun to be around as well. If you are looking for a space to live on the south side of town, I would grab an apartment before they are all gone (which the currently are)."

"Lyncrest Manor is a wonderful apartment complex that is close to everything. The 2 bedroom is great size with 2 bathrooms. Because we are on the ground floor, we have access 2 ways. So nice when hauling furniture in. Staff has been very nice at all times. There is also a humongous pool that is open and great lounge chairs surrounding the pool. There is also a nice fitness center and pool room. We are really enjoying our stay here. Thank you Peggy Sue and staff."

"We have lived at Lyncrest Manor Apartments on and off since 2007. Each time we leave we have been treated with courtesy and respect. When returning to Sioux Falls we always call Lyncrest and arrange for an apartment. WHY? These apartments offer the best amenities for dollar spent. Period! The resident manager, Anita, is concerned about the tenants and is committed to doing what is necessary to maintain a clean, safe community. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently. Lyncrest is conveniently located, close to shopping, medical facilities and restaurants but is located in a quiet residential area."

"On-site management 7 days a week, unique layout of our 2 BR Apt. Outdoor pool is nice, sometimes crowded, no indoor pool though, so you are paying quite a bit for a three month usage feature. Our unit was the largest offered, 1200 sf. We needed more space. Very quiet overall, tenants seem to adhere to the 10PM quiet rule very well. Kitchen had very little cabinet and counter-top space, and would have liked more coaxial jacks to have more freedom of where I could put the TV. Free cable, and quiet complex, not bad."
