"Purchased 2 kegs of Oktoberfest from Iowa bev through Hy-Vee in Keokuk. When I got them home the beer was 70 degrees. The salesman and the store manager could not give me an explanation how the beer got so warm. I was concerned with the keg that I will be storing for about a month before tapping it. Beer can become contaminated with bacteria if it is heated above 55°F degrees. Wanted to return the kegs and they both refused to take them back. Will call Sam Adams see what they have to say. Won’t be buying any more beer from these folks."

"Dropped a load here very unorganized check in process. Truckers have to figure out order of offloading. Dig this ONLY 2 DOORS offloading beer until about 10am with 7 trucks here already. Has a clean restroom for use which is great for truckers. Just needs a better check in process workers seem to not be happy and that ain't good for business."
