"Had been going here for over a year because they have a decent price on their tiny selection of disposables. Ended up getting a bad one the other day which happens, so I went in and they pretty much said oh well. Horrible customer service. Will never spend a penny here again."
"They don’t have accurate lab results related to it. One lab report from 1 company that manufactures it means little. They first sold me a different utensil than I asked for. A more expensive one. Then insist that they’re product is safe. It isn’t and the statistics show significant side effects that have put people in the hospital. It’s misleading because there’s also other chemicals they mix with it. Only a sarcastic reply. Do not care about what you think and won’t take back or exchange. The product tastes nothing like hemp"
"I’ve been coming to this place for months now. I used to shop at 50 Shades, but the proximity to this place drew me in, and the customer service kept me coming back. Randy is one hell of an employee, and is most of the reason why I keep coming back every time I need. He does his best to cut you the best deal he can, and he always greets you with a smile and a hello, and remembers you after a few times coming in. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area that has any interest in the products."
"Nice staff and very helpful. Sometimes I go in just to see the new pieces and to browse what I might want in the future and they are totally cool with that. Other glass shops I've been to will hover over you and make it uncomfortable just to look around."
"Reasonably priced across the board. Friendly staff. Good selection of goods. Only reason for the 4 star is because the parking lot is tore up. Not their fault I'm sure, but is still something to be made aware of. ****UPDATE**** 5 STAR NOW!! Parking lot is fixed and really, really nice!!!"
