"I brought my 1 yr old mini poodle mix here 2 weeks ago. Cheri did her groom. She came back with a bald spot on her side which appears to have some scabbing on it. Its not clear what caused this, I suspect it was the result of matted hair being ripped out of her skin. I was the only one to groom her before this experience & I know there was never a spot there until I brought her to Cheri. I believe there was damage to the hair follicle as a result to whatever Cheri did. It is unclear as to whether the hair will grow back or not. I will not be returning here as my dog possibly has a bald spot on her side for the rest of her life. She also seemed scared when I picked her up & scared when I brought her back to talk to Cheri about the bald spot. Do NOT recommend."

"Had an appointment for my cat to get shaved. Cheri didn’t take him out of the cage for two hours, and when she did he peed and scratched. So she then refused to do him. He shouldn’t have been sitting in there for two hours; obviously a cat will have to pee after that long. And if you’re working with cats that you know are not de-clawed, take some precautions when handling them. One would think that’s common sense, but apparently not."
"Excellent experience for my pup’s first ever trip to a groomer. I’ve used a variety of groomers in the past with mixed results (dogs have left grooming sessions with anxiety, etc.). This time, my pup was napping within minutes on the drive home. Thank you!"
