"Starbucks is scammy. If I buy a $7 drink, don’t make half of it ice!! Especially when I ask for light ice. Also, sick of making a purchase and it asks for a tip. The corporation should be able to generate decent incomes for their employees, I’m not supplementing that income for an already over-priced drink. And it asks for the tip before you even recieve the product which is just kinda like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ bc you don’t even know what you’re tipping for and to receive a beverage that is 50% ice?? Ridiculous and this serves as the final time I will purchase anything from this corrupt and scammy business."

"Let me start by saying the baristas here are great! My issue with this location is the renovation. There is so much less seating than there was previously! It makes it difficult to get a drink and catch up with friends, and this lack of seating unfortunately leads me to choose other coffee shops. The two times I attempted to go since the remodel, the friends I brought along noted the same thing - it was better before the renovation and they would be choosing other coffee shops with ample seating :/ It's sad because again the baristas are great and it's in a convenient location, but it's just lost the cozy coffee shop vibes and is now cramped."
"This is ultimately the best Starbucks ever. The staff is always kind and patient. I have terrible social anxiety and I always feel so comfortable and welcomed by the staff here. My new job is closer to another location but I go out of my way to come to this one because of the wonderful staff."
"Ordered coffee with a co-worker to find her Matcha Latte was severely under-poured of what was supposed to be a grande is the same as a tall. Opened my macchiato and found a bean in the drink. Uhm??"
