"I was feeling down and detached/unmotivated even though i have awesome things to look for so a friend of mine recommended this place to me and TOLD me that you will get better( he was there for two days only!!). after two hours i was meeting Jesse, I believed him and the way he talks. I started my workout at the same day!, to be clear I have been working out for years prior to my Jesse visit and never had a personal trainer for reasons we might all share like being intimidated or feeling judged. NOT THE CASE, Jesse made me feel like i'm working out with my better half, I pushed myself beyond what i dreamed to ever do. not even kidding, I stared eating more(clean food) and I gained 1/2" on my arms in one week!, I will recommend if you care about starting right and with awesome ppl that can be your friends to guide you to your dream body to visit and talk to them.
