"Extremely unsatisfied. I accidentally spilled my fountain pop in the restroom (which I cleaned up by myself). I asked the cashier (who’s name is Matt) if I could get a refill considering it was an accident & I cleaned the mess up myself…. He told me that I’d have to pay for another one. I understand and agree with company policy 95% of the time but occasionally some policies can be waved to a certain extent… I feel in this situation, it wouldn’t have broke the store financially to let me get another drink. I figured policy would be to keep the customer satisfied (assuming the customer is within reason & not acting out of line etc…) Keep in mind, I was extremely polite and respectful the whole time. I didn’t have a negative tone & wasn’t giving any type of attitude. This store just lost my business over $1.06"
"Just left the store that I've been going to for years and the Cashier was in a Violent argument Over the Phone with her Husband/ Boyfriend using Extreme Profanity at the Top of her lungs! Thank God someone didn't have their Children with them! There's other Personnel that's Extremely Rude or seem to be Under the Influence! This Behavior should be Videoed"
"I seriously just walked in the guy behind the register uses the F-bomb like it's going out of style ask me what year my car was and then proceeds to tell me about some black girl in the army who lives more than the drill sergeant dude straight looks like a tweaker and cusses like a sailor definitely won't be getting my business again"
