"I just paid at the pump"
"Friends of employee hanging out in the seating area. They were making fun of people using the restrooms. Pretty sure taking pictures of people as well. Restrooms are disgusting dirty. Sink splattered with water & soap and cigarette butts on the floor. Cashier young African American employee acting like he's at the club. Wearing his non uniform hat sideways and no visible signs of any type of store uniform. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Not a good representation for Kum & Go. Hopefully the nice owner will straighten this store up."
"No-ethanol gas. Self-checkout. Clean restrooms. Air hand dryers in the restrooms. And now they have the stackers that I could only find previously in Omaha? BRAVO. Love it!"
"Is there a policy that employees can’t be on their phone during work hours? Or at least while they’re on the floor with customers? I keep running into workers who are on their phones while working, not giving me much attention. I walked up to the cashier and she took a few seconds to acknowledge me and ring me up. I was about to use the self-check out (should have just done that), but she eventually rung me up. Not once did she look at me. Continued to play on her phone while I finished checking out. Said “have a good day” STILL without looking at me. She was too busy playing and laughing at her phone. Note to everyone: just use self checkout out if you can. Better than dealing with rude employees."
