"Sam’s Gentle Slow Flow Thursday at 7:30p was exactly the class I needed tonight! The slower pace, visual demonstration, and easy to understand cues helped me move through some sticky areas of my body while gaining some relief in my low back and tight hamstrings that have been creating issues for me. She offers great modifications for each pose to easily accommodate all levels - beginner to advance. I’ll definitely be going back!
