"We had a week free trial from them. When we arrived we were told to look for a certain trainer but when we arrived she was not there. Not a big deal but the gentlemen at the computer could barely look up at us. We got basically a grunt and he told us to go around the corner and wait. Eventually, a trainer greeted us and my kids started. I have no complaints about the program. However, the trainer comes over later and proceeds to tell us about payment options under a speaker blaring music for nearby soccer games. It was so loud I did not hear most of what he was saying. Like I said the training was not what we were looking for and that is ok. However, before and after our visit all we could get was canned text messages. We even got one several days later that said they loved having our kids attend sessions, but they only attended one. So I responded and said we were not going to return and they texted us to ask why, we responded, but never heard anything back. It a nutshell, it seems like very basic service with no personal attention. Just very cold like you are only a number."
