"Was super new when I started, with zero wrestling, zero Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and a little bit of kickboxing but a true blue beginner. I felt immediately welcomed by the staff and the people inside the gym. One of the best atmospheres you can find, dedicated coaching from the coach, with focus on group work and individual help. The environment is super conducive for whatever you're trying to gain out of it, be that exercise, competition, self-defense, or even just meeting new people.
