"Great food! Great specials on wings on Monday's! Service lacks just a bit. Drinks stay empty and after food is dropped off you feel abandoned! When servers are trained and comfortable in their positions I'd have to search for something to complain about! I will continue going to give more practice!"

"We recently tried the new restaurant since we live close by and I was craving something different than my own cooking. I decided to give their drive-thru a try. My husband placed the order online and was very impressed with how easy their system was to use because not all restaurant's work that well. I picked it up after running errands. It was ready earlier than I expected so I would say be ready for that. We were both impressed with the quality of the food for the price we paid. We'll definitely be back."

"This was our first and last visit to Big Red. We had a mailer coupon and we decided to try them out. We try to support local businesses and this visit makes that hard. We ordered online and the notification said it would be 50 mins, no problem. Upon arrival at the drive thru, we sat in line for 22 minutes, there were only 2 cars in front of us. The line didn't move for 22 actual minutes. Once we arrived at the window, service was quick and friendly. When we arrived home, several items were missing from our order including all of the dipping sauces and the loaded fries, which were an extra charge, tomatoes and onions weren't on the sandwich, etc. The food was not warm at all and so we decided to call them and let them know. I spoke with Charlotte, who laughed when I told her about the missing items, she even stated "We don't have loaded fries." The menu has loaded fries, I explained and it's also on our receipt, we paid for it, the receipt even says "loaded fries." She laughed again "OK, well THANK you." She said we could come back for the missing side items, my family was already hungry and heating up the food, and we don't live that close to Big Red, so I declined. I asked for a refund of the mysterious "loaded fries" that I was charged for and clearly represented on the receipt. She said ya...... ok have a good night. I said to her. "How do you know who I am for the refund?" She chuckled again, and said we have caller ID, have a good night and hung up. This was a terrible way to handle a customer's poor experience and the employee who answered the phone needs additional training in this area. I hope this experience will help management correct some issues they are having with staff in the kitchen as well as the front of the house. Swing and a miss for Big Red Grill."

"It's a regular strip mall bar & grill offering drinks and bar fare. Even though it's "Big Red Sports Bar" there's no live Keno - they write Keno behind the bar just like every other place. The food was good - Pork Tenderloin was made to order and not a processed patty and the Club Sandwich was nice and big. Overall not a bad place to check out."
