"Our apartment kitchen outlets do not work and the dishwasher does not clean dishes. We were moved into an apartment with hair clogging the drains, leaking showers, kitchen cabinets falling apart, broken blinds, outlets not working and broken sprinkler systems on 8/20. I have submitted tickets using the resident portal. Some things were fixed but some still not. I have spoken with the front office multiple times on the issue. Kristal, Maria and Dominque have specifically been spoken to. Angel the maintenance man showed up and was very professional. He explained he was new and would come back another day with the supervisor. Maintenance supervisor showed up and was visibly annoyed to be dealing with the outlets and broken dish washer. He told me to clean the dishwasher with vinegar. Ultimately I was told a vender would be scheduled for the outlets. A week later and still no communication. I followed up with Kristal on 9/9 and still no communication. The apartment should have been turned over to us clean and everything working."

"My daughter unfortunately lives here , I’m her nurse /caregiver on most days . If you are disabled or have a compromised immune system this is not the apartments for you ! They leave entry notices with less than 24 hours pretty much every time , leaving a notice at the end of their work day in the evening to enter anytime the next day is not how things work. Animal feces and loose dogs are common outdoors , disabled parking is usually taken up by maintenance workers or just pretty much anyone , uneven sidewalks all over , and we won’t get into how many times vehicles have been broken into. One of the biggest regrets I have is finding this place and moving my daughter into it , don’t make the same mistake ."

"Worst leasing office I visited during my search. Their employees, including the manager, are practically useless. They don’t communicate when necessary and they delay everything, no follow up and apparently no accountability either. They’ve owed me money for months because of the manager’s negligence and it’s looking like it’ll be months more because they delayed payment and aren’t letting me update my address to have it sent to the correct place. How long will it take them to return your deposit when you move out? At this point I’d say you’ll be lucky if you get it without having to sue. It’s a mystery how these people still have jobs. "I have had a very good time living here over the last nine years!! It will be 10 yrs this coming November 2023 and I can Truly say, without hesitation, that is mostly due to the very good work of the Maintenance Staff and the continuing Great Support that I get from the Front Office Staff and Management! Since I've been here the ownership has changed a few times but, the professionalism and courtesy to the residents has stayed the same, at least in my opinion!! Ms Anna and her team have exemplified this from day one!! Whenever I take an issue to her office, she never hesitates to take the matter 'Up the Chain' if it can't be resolved at her level and stays in contact until resolution! 'Good Folks and a Nice Place to Live '"
