"Don’t move here!! They get you in with a 2 month special promo then don’t honor it! The staff is unorganized and communication is just awful. Everyone you speak to will tell you something different. The property is nice and modern as it’s brand new but they will take you through hell once you’re in due to the unorganized staff even the accountant messes up the lease agreements!! They can’t even give good instructions on how to get your mail from the mailbox. D R Horton y’all need to fire everybody and start all over!! There are other properties in Vegas find one don’t give them your money or time."

"I love it here! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great and most importantly the staff are actually awesome. They are all so down to earth and not a normal stuck up office staff. Marissa helped me with an issue i had and she was so caring and supportive. If you want some people you can vibe with and know youre in good hands, this is the place. They are a new built which is still in construction, so somethings are not 100% yet, but marissa and her team are really doing their best with what they have and you can tell they love their job."
