"The employees are very rude and u definitely will be standing there more than 10 minutes just to get your medications. They don’t even say hey I will be with u in a second they just ignore that you’re standing there. They like to hang up the phone on u when u telling them there is a problem with the employees. Clark’s Pharmacy has the most rudest employees ever and I will be getting my medication filled else where. I did read other review of how Clark’s Pharmacy treat there customer and I’m not the only one they have treated like that."

"I started coming to Clark’s after the Hy-Vee pharmacy failed to tell me a prescription was on back order and I had to scramble to find a new pharmacy. And I’m glad I did! Clark’s has always been speedy and professional. I also recently had an issue with my doctor’s office and person helping me (I believe the owner) went above and beyond trying to help me get my prescription filled. Just all around great customer service"

"They’re the only pharmacy in the area that I know of that will do compounds. This isn’t covered by insurance so one element of complexity is removed. Every prescription and refill has been pain getting the doctors office and pharmacy to communicate. This time it took 2 visits and 2 calls. Don’t leave me a message saying my RX will be ready at a specific time and when I arrive not have it ready. Keep your word, and when you can’t communicate proactively. I will continue to use other pharmacies for my remaining prescriptions."
