Steeplechase Apartments

"Management was fine when I lived there 11+ years ago. However, you can hear everything from apartment to apartment, from loud music to tv to bedroom "activities." I happened to live above the fitness center, which was convenient, but music could be heard from the gym at all hours of the day and night."

"We moved to Sioux Falls about 6 months ago from the East coast. We didn't have the luxury of visiting the area prior to our move. Our apt search was done completely online! Using an "apt finder" site, the Steeplechase (Samuelson development) website & info from our attentive/friendly office staff...we made our choice. From the many amenities available at this property (pools, gyms, community rooms, guest suites, theatres) to the spacious open floor plans, vaulted ceilings & well insulated/quiet apts...we love it here! The prices are very reasonable for luxury living in Sioux Falls. We are super happy that we chose Steeplechase!!!"

"My family and I have lived here a little over a year now, anytime we have a problem or something needs to be fixed , they are on it within a day or two, very nice ,very polite ,and courteous about it. The management is very kind and caring. I have not had no complaints about living here except for maybe some noisy neighbors once in awhile LOL, you get that everywhere living in the apartment world. All in all it's been a great experience living here. I would like to share a thank you to the management and all the maintenance men...thank you all that work here .. I guess the only complaint I would have is the hallways get dirty but that has more to do with the people that live here then the people that work here so I would hope that they would have more respect for where they live."

"I would NEVER rent from them again. Management sucks and do nothing about drugs being done in the buildings. Hell I caught the maintenance guys smoking pot in the pool house and nothing was done. Dogs are suppose to be on leashes and most aren't plus people don't clean up after their pets. even people put up baby gates on their back porches and let them crap everywhere and in the summer it stinks also when we complained nothing was done. Plowing the property be careful because they post notes on the doors the day of and if you do not move your car they will be towed we saw it happen. When we moved in our apartment was dirty and when we left it was ready to move in. The lease is a joke also half the stuff in the lease they don't follow. They half ass fix the apartments to which is sad. The workout rooms never had wipes to wipe down the equipment so we would always bring in our own plus half of the stuff was broke, ripped or pieces were missing. Luxury Living at it's best."
