"It's been a few years since we used it, but for ten years we washed 7-10 loads of laundry every couple weeks. Generally the machines all worked and the place was always clean. "Beware!!!!! Their doors auto lock! Make sure that all your belongings are out by closing time!!!! A LOT of out of order signs, and I experienced that there should be several more. One washer door wouldn’t allow the machine to start. You don’t find out until you’ve fed it it’s $4.50 and put your detergent in. Plus, numerous dryers don’t dry, but they sure accept and keep your money! There’s no emergency contact number and it’s not posted that the doors will auto lock. Luckily I had my keys, purse and phone with me when the door locked. Don’t bother calling the business number listed because the phones not answered at 9 when they close or 7 when they open!"

"I put $20 in the chage machine and received 40 quarters. That's only $10 worth. Tried to used the dryers and the times I paid for were random. 3 quarters for 8min. Usually it's 24min. A totally separate machine had 30mins while another one only gave me 8 again. No numbers to call."

"Put 18 quarters in and washing machine did not turn on, it says it's on but nothing is happening, can't get my quarters back either. No contact information to get a refund so I guess I'm out $4.50. Highly irritating. Edit: 2 months later and same thing happened. Put 18 quarters in, the machine said ON but never actually ran. STILL NO CONTACT INFORMATION! I'm not sure how you can run a business if there is no contact information for any problems."

"The washer we used showed it was on but took all 18 of my grandmother's quarters, and we had already put detergent in which was a waste. My mom and I wouldn't be this upset if we had a number to call to let know that another machine is out of order and to get my grandmother's money back."
