"Took a huge lambswool blanket that had chocolate embedded in it. Took about 2.5 weeks but came back flawless."
"This is my first negative review. I am very disappointed with their service. My jacket had a few stains on and I asked them if they could get rid of it. They said they definately could. Wrong. The stains are still there and they said I needed to get it off with baking soda. If they had said they could not help with the stain I wouldn't gone to use their service. Yet they charged me for it. The stain should not have been very hard to get off. Unprofessional and will not come back."
"Over the years, we've used a number of places for our cleaning. We've ended up here. They just have better service while doing an excellent job with the actual cleaning. We like having a bag at the house we just drop the cleaning into. It's easy drop off. It's hard to give a longer review. They do everything correctly for us. Not much else is needed."
"I have been going here for many years. Everything is always done perfectly. I bring shirts in to be laundered, pressed and starched frequently and suits/pants to be dry cleaned. Absolutely no issues ever. And their staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend."
"Brought my wedding dress and they did a very poor job. I had to leave it twice. There were spots cleaned and spots left uncleaned and they just left me a note that said: some fabrics can't be treated (if it's true they could have seen my dress beforehand). The bottom of my wedding dress was dirty when I came to pick it up from normal dirt walking and dancing around on my big day, and the old lady who gave me the dress asked me if my dress was too long that made me get it dirty. What? Does that matter when I'm just trying to get it cleaned? I am paying again somewhere else to get it cleaned but definitely didn't have a good experience here."
