"Very disappointed with our stay . Pool and hot tub heater was out . Eggs were horrible no gravy for the biscuits. Pubic hair and a dirt ring in the shower . No maid service for the whole trip"

"Communication between staff is nil. We talked to a different staff to add another night to our exsisting reservation of Sept 14. We added Wed Sept 13. She said she updated it and would leave a note. When we arrived no note and it wasnt updated in the computer. He would update and leave a note. Guess what??? He didnt leave a note and not updated in computer. The morning staff knocked on the door a few times and called. We went to the front desk. She had no knowledge that we added another night and thought we were checking out. We actually were upset that we didnt have a room when we arrived on Wed Sept 13 and had to check out Thursday Sept 14. Also there were over 5 flies that WE KILLED as they kept us awake. Their answer to the flies was sorry it is summer. We were not offered any discount We have stayed at many different hotels and had no problems with flies.There was no cereal Thurday ...biscuit were hard like hockey pucks...hash browns dry and crispy. STAFF WAS ALWAYS IN SITTING IN THE LOUNGE AREA EATING AND ON THEIR PHONES"
"The bathroom was not clean, and not just while we were there but many people before us. The corners around the bathroom floor were moldy and not very clean. There was so much moisture in the room that my swimsuit and cover-up never dried from Friday night in the pool. We paid $125 to stay in a moldy building. I won't be staying at any AmericInn anytime soon."
"The room was nice and clean, a little small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is from 5-9 plenty of time and lots of different things to eat. The beds are comfortable and plenty of fluffy pillows. The pool was nice, unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. It is in walking distance from lots of shopping and dining. Overall good."
