"Courteous and compassionate office staff, excellent and skilled therapists, and an online site to track/update appointments. Virtual appointments are also available which is so helpful while traveling, sick, or otherwise unable to meet in person. (Side note: I read the one star review someone left because the office wasn’t able to answer their phone, and don’t believe that to be a fair review or assessment of their services. Additionally, there was a phone outage/system issue around that time that was quickly resolved within a few hours and hasn’t happened since.)"

"Endlessly rings answered by a single beep pickup with no voice. I checked my phone to call make sure my phone call had not been cut off. Placed my ear back to the phone and still nothing. So I said a couple of words and hung up. I thing my reasoning for calling a therapist has been adjusted by one degree. One atar because this has done damage versus helping. Not a good place before one who is going into a banging holiday weekend."
