"Alright here's the deal. I like my psychiatrist that practices here. I however can't say I care at all for most of the other staff or business in general. With the Adderall shortage going on I have had to stay proactive with calling around to find places that have my medication in stock, a week in advance. The hours listed are not accurate for when they take calls, in reality they only take calls an hour after they open and an hour before they close. I know this because I tried calling a few times after finding my medication in stock at a different pharmacy. One time a guy answered the phone and promptly told me they aren't taking calls right now and immediately hung up. I live 5 minutes away and I immediately drove there because I wasn't happy. I saw the guy who hung up the phone as I recognized the voice: he was a psychiatrist who worked there. I stared at him for a minute straight before I got things squared away with the front desk clerk. I tried calling the night prior to this at around 4:20 PM and they gave me the same treatment but I was occupied with other things so I couldn't make a trip in. Long story short, this business is a joke and doesn't care about it's customers at all. Find somewhere else to do business if you can and avoid this place like the plague."

"My Goodness the staff is rude. Absolutely no understanding of how a foster parent may have multiple medical appointments. When my husband asked for clarification regarding an appointment reminder of what exactly the appointment was for, they became very irritated. They actually hung up on him while he was talking. I own a business and if I treated my customer's this way I wouldn't be in business anymore. Obviously this place must be government funded. The staff is horrible."
