"It took me quite awhile to come down from my experience and post this, but I feel the need to share to help avoid others going through what I went through. I will not be calling out the individual, but I’ve never been disrespected by a therapist like I was here. In ten minutes this person decided they knew everything about me and my partner and actually went so far as to say they couldn’t help us. I’ve been to many therapists in my life and would never wish that experience on anyone. I’ve never been made to feel more small and worthless by someone who is supposed to be dedicated to helping others feel the exact opposite. This is not necessarily a reflection on the whole clinic as I’m sure others have had wonderful experiences there, but after reading rave reviews, this was a deeply disappointing experience for me personally."

"I had a few appointments with Larissa, and was 15 minutes late to the last one I had a few months ago. I have no idea what the late policy is, but I feel like 15 minutes out of an hour long appointment isn’t too bad. She never came out of her office to have me come in. I sat in the lobby for an hour; our entire session. I also didn’t receive any advice or suggestions after talking about various things I had gone through, she just listened. That was appreciated, but I feel like maybe there should be some feedback or advice with coping mechanisms/skills. Larissa is a lovely person from what I experienced, but not so good of a therapist for me personally. I just don’t understand how a therapist wouldn’t at least come outside after me finally arriving and explaining that I was too late and my appointment was cancelled or something. I’m really upset that I had to sit there for an hour and proceed to leave in tears due to the frustration."
