"We have used Doctors Now many times Virtually over the past several years and always been pleased with their conscientious, friendly medical care , as well as, efficient caring culture of the front desk. Recently, we needed to visit “in person”. Although we did have to wait a while after our appt time, we didn’t mind! Because when we were seen, we were not rushed! We were treated so kindly & they gave us whatever time WE needed! The nurse & nurse practitioner were both very thorough! Talked through test & treatment options. Called us back 2 days later to give us test results & called in new prescriptions based on the test results. And thank God, they were willing to go the extra mile to run those tests bc it gave us the piece of info we were missing to choose the best antibiotic to fit our needs. We highly recommend DoctorsNow. They care about each patient!"

"We love DoctorsNow in West Des Moines! For non-emergent needs, this is the place to go! The clinic is open 7 days a week. Every time we’ve been here, it is very clean, the waiting room is never full of dirty, sick people. There has NEVER been a long wait time. You are greeted immediately by the front office staff, who get you checked in and review your insurance. The doctors who work there have always been so so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Over the years I’ve had many visits, for as simple as winter “crud”, to getting preventive medicine for travelling out of the country, to flu, Covid testing, cyst removal, lab tests, even a virtual appointment for shingles, complete with them calling in meds. In my book, having a neighborhood resource like a DoctorsNow clinic for non-emergency questions and concerns and illnesses, sure beats ANY busy waiting room at an ER or Urgent Care! We are SO thankful for the administrative staff, nurses, and doctors who work at this office!"
