"I called my pharmacy to get my prescription filled and advance dermatology denied it. When I called to find out why they very rudely told me I hadn't paid my bill. I told them it's been paid in full for a few months. They insisted that I havnt and told me to prove it. I found my bank statement and called back and told them. After an hour they told me they see now where I paid it off and now I can make an appointment and THEN I can get my prescription filled. I told them no thank you I'll go somewhere else. One week later I recieved a nasty letter in the mail from Practice Manager Charles Farley telling me that they are terminating my the patient/ physician relationship, as if I was going to ever use them again. I've never been treated so poorly by any medical group in my life. Rude, condescending and incompetent."

"Very disrespectful about keeping their appointment times no explanation even when asked. Arrived three minutes after my appointment time checked in and three people who came after me went back before me and then started to come out when I walked out and left. This is how you want to treat your patients Who are taking time out of their busy workday use you as a provider when they could choose anyone else there’s nothing special or unique about your business, you should know. When people are treated this way, they’ll go elsewhere. Your front desk, girls whatever attitude and the way I was treated with no care or consideration for the value of my time. I’m tired of doctors only thinking their time is valuable. I hate to tell you other peoples time is valuable as much as yours. I had three people that went ahead of me. That came after me. Why? She said oh well we have two doctors. Well, that doesn’t explain three people going back ahead of me and me waiting and waiting and waiting. I waited 45 minutes and then walked out. Not a word was said to me, nor did they call me to apologize after I left just disrespectful it’s a workday. People can’t just sit and wait endlessly and the people that back ahead of me. My appointment was at 9 o’clock in the morning so you should not have been so busy that you had fallen behind maybe just moving really slowly I don’t know but I asked about my appointment and then waited another 15 minutes before I left no one came to get me. You should know this is how your front desk is handling your patents maybe this is how the providers also want to handle your paying customers?! I will not be back! Nor will my kids or my spouse, so that’s four people Apparently, you don’t care, though no one called to follow up?! Great business, Practice, I give you one star for just having your doors open."
