I very much appreciate having them in Iowa City. I had used many different cleaners in the past and their work quality is better than the other places. And their prices are very reasonable."
"Absolutely horrible customer service. I would NOT take your clothing here. They are careless with your clothing and rude. When I tried to call to correct the issue with my clothing the lady literally hung up on me. When I called back she screamed at me on the phone like a crazy person. I’m shocked that a small, locally owned business would be so intentionally unhelpful and rude and provide such horrendous customer service. Do NOT go here."
"Not very good customer service. I called to ask about timing of how fast to get a suit cleaned. The gal told me one week and hung up. I called back to complain about hanging up on me and all she wanted to say is they are the only dry cleaner in town. Not true. Sonshine cleaners in North Liberty was happy to help me. Quick response and called me back within a few minutes to take care of my request. That is how business is done not by hanging up on a potential customer."
"The customer service aka woman taking the laundry…was rude and snippy. All 3xs I encountered her. But everyone has bad days so chalked it up to that. Paid $60 to have 3 - 12 ft tablecloths dry cleaned. Not cheap. When I put them on the head wedding table on the day of the wedding they were wrinkled. Really?? Ya had ONE job…press these out. I’ll drive to the other cleaners in North Liberty next time. Don’t waste your time here ppl. SMH."
"I would give negative stars if I could. Took my wedding dress there to be cleaned and they gave me the wrong dress back! Thankfully I did get my dress back. However they refused to give me a refund for the mix up and my dress was covered in what looked liked dog hair. They didn’t even apologize."
