"The facility is supposed to close at midnight and I went out to my vehicle to grab a bag for clothes quickly. I went to get back inside and the doors had locked prior midnight at about 11:40. Luckily I had taken my keys with me. I called the emergency number because my purse was inside, to ask if they could unlock the doors quickly so I could at least grab my purse. The gal kept us on hold for 10-15 minutes and then gets back on the phone at 12:02 a.m. to say she is not on site and no one is available to unlock the doors. SMH. NO SIGNS indicated the doors would be locked prior midnight. Nice."
