"The receptionist was very kind, she took care of me and told me to wait for them to speak to me, my appointment was at 4:00 pm, I arrived 15 minutes early, but 30 minutes after my appointment passed and no one arrived until I asked how long it would take to to take care of me, the lady I asked was kind, she asked me why I came, I told her it was because my glasses were broken, she took them and told me to wait but it was all until I got tired of waiting because there was already 5 minutes left at 5:00 pm I asked again what I was going to do and they told me to come back the next day. No one was attentive to what I needed, no one took the time to assist me and explain to me what was going to proceed."

"Very busy eye care center and absolutely no confusion at to why; every staff member I was in contact with, and there were several as I made my way through the exams, was wonderful. They were pleasant and efficient, plus I really appreciated the "next steps" they provided along the way. When I left, I was very clear on what was expected of me. Stellar visit, can't wait to see the new location!"

"They got my three daughters in at the same time for my convenience. Dr. Kendra saw them. She was great with my hyper 6 year old, my 11year old with sensory issues, and my teen- she was the one who needed glasses so we went in the frames room. The girl who helped us was delightful. My girl has a definite style, very eclectic. Vampire-chic. Miami Vice. Elton John. Lol. She helped us so much find classy and sassy glasses for my girl and she can’t wait to get them next week! Overall, the staff and our experience was excellent."
