"Lathrop was recommended by my neighbor. They cleaned three area rugs and did terrific job. The rugs hadn't been cleaned in over ten years. Pet stains, etc. They came back looking like new rugs. Also had them clean white fabric cushion and chair. My cat threw up on chair and I thought it was a lost cause. Again, Lathrop did great job and chair looks terrific! "My landlord recommended I use Lathrop's for a new office space I'm leasing. He uses them for his business spaces and home and has had good results. The office space had very large dark spots on the carpet from the prior business's furnishings. They got the carpet looking like new, but equally important, were very polite, punctual (gave me just a short window of time instead of making me wait all morning), and friendly to chat with. The price was a bit more than when I used a large chain company, but I feel that the customer service was worth it and I will use them again."
