"Horrible service in the frames and lenses side of the office. I ordered new lenses for my glasses because I loved my frames. They broke them while replacing the lenses...then said I had to buy a new set of frames! They did offer 50% off, but when I questioned why I had to pay at all for their mistake, I was told it's the risk I took for just ordering lenses instead of a whole new set of glasses. They then "repaired" my glasses with Scotch tape to "get me through until your new glasses arrive." I really liked the doctor we saw there, but we'll be going elsewhere after this experience."

"Just went here for a pair of vision appointments to get some tests done after my PCP recommended I see an eye doctor because of migraines. I imagine they wanted to be thorough (which I appreciated), because they ran a lot of tests. My first appointment was very long, but I didn't really mind because everyone I interacted with at the clinic was so friendly and professional. Dr. James seemed very knowledgeable and had a great attitude while explaining everything to me. Front desk was courteous and I liked how cozy the waiting area was. This is not a place with a cold, clinical, harshly-lit waiting area."

"Staff is friendly. Dr. James is the BEST, she takes her time getting to know each patient personally. The optician Shawna is knowledgeable, kind, and has so much patience with kids."

"I used 4 different forms of payment and had issues with 3 out of 4 of those, but checked with the bank and card company and it was never on my end. The dr I had was fine, a little brisk, but whatever. But he must have left the clinic because I had a different Dr and didn’t know until I was in my appointment and a different person walked in. Kinda weird to not let me know. My final straw was the fourth transaction (the most recent one that actually worked) when I had ordered contacts and received a bill but no phone call to pick them up. Fine, maybe someone forgot to call me, mistakes happen. But I went in and my contacts had been back ordered (kind of weird to not let me know, but fine), and they did offer trial packs to get me through, but they also mailed me a bill and charged me a finance charge on my bill because it was “overdue” even though the service hadn’t been provided yet. When I did finally get them, the woman who helped me was kind enough to dismiss the charges, but I will not be returning as a patient."

"The front desk ladies are unbelievably rude. Especially Kim, in the only few years I have been a patient at the clinic I have not had a single pleasant experience with her. She is always rude, short, dismissive, and on her cell phone. The ladies that help you to find glasses frames are always very kind and super helpful. Sadly, it’s gone downhill since Dr.Beecher left and I haven’t had any good experiences there since. So to the clinic, congratulations you’ve lost a patient! I do not recommended at all. The front desk ladies need to get their attitude in check and be more kind."
