There excepted for inpatient care/physical therapy. Denied there Duty to get Me Was A Patient got like 20 minutes of physical therapy in 6 weaks. I was am ready. "My friend has her grandmother here and has shown me how dirty she always is. Once they arrived to see their grandmother she was shaking and saying she was extremely thirsty. They refuse to put her compression socks on her and shoes they are refusing to get her glasses or even let us get glasses for her even though she has fallen multiple times and been injured due to not being able to see and now because they are complaining they are being told they cannot come back to visit THEIR grandmother"
"DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!! This place is absolutely horrible, my grandmother is stuck here due to POA and she is always dirty, never has shoes on, she NEEDS eye glasses and has been without for over 4 years!!!! They have outright refused to give us her prescription so we can buy and bring her some glasses. Due to her not having glasses she has fallen and ended up with stitches and bruises numerous times."
"Rethink this place. I have an aunt staying there and from what I've seen, there is no caring or understanding. The nurses were rude, and didn't even give an option as to having a soft diet. My aunt chokes on her food. This is not a "care" facility. Nurses should take a course in compassion."
