"My experience with the Ankeny performing arts was disappointing. I reached out to Al Biela about violin lessons. Al was unresponsive and I had to follow up with him multiple times before he replied. Once I finally got a chance to discuss lessons with him, I was disappointed to learn there wasn’t any flexibility in the cadence of lessons. Al said I would be required to take weekly lessons. Due to time restrictions this was not possible for me so I replied to let him know. He said he would discuss it with the instructors and has not gotten back to me."
