"When it was freezing outside and our heat went out, Miller Plumbing and Heating made sure we were left in the cold... We called Miller a week ago when our fan was acting up on an old furnace, and we agreed not to put any more money into the old one but to get a new furnace installed. The install was about a couple weeks out. A few days later, the fan went completely out. We called again to check in on the install time frame and they immediately sent out a technician who replaced our fan for free, so we could have heat until the new furnace was able to be installed. (It has been around -8 at night) Miller Heating has been nothing but professional and provided exceptional service! We look forward to our new furnace and definitely recommend them!"
"Very professional and responsive. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for the next day in guthrie center (no easy task). I was fold they would be here in the morning before 12pm. They showed up early. They were very professional technicians and friendly. They were able to solve one problem immediately. They were also very courteous and removed their boots prior to going on our new carpet (without being asked). I would give them a higher rating if there was one."
