"Zero stars if possible. WILL NEVER GO BACK. IF ASKED I WILL TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY. Wouldn't refund my quarter that their machine ate. It was 25¢. Left after switching laundry to run to the store. Came back a few minutes later. Dryer door was open and half our clothes were on the floor. Told owner and he said he was aware of it but tried to blame us. Our clothes were still soaked. Got fed up and took them home to dry outside. Total ripoff and scam artist. I've used many laundromats in the past. Never had anything like this happen."
