"This is a great place to get all sorts of medical supplies and advice on what works best for the patient. The sweet ladies at the store were so very helpful and kind! We got a great deal on a lift chair for our 94-year old mother. Being in a position of needing this type of equipment is often hard, but their cheerful dispositions and kind help made for a very good experience! I highly recommend this wonderful store!!"

"Very disappointed in how they treated my mother this week. (November 21, 2019) She was supposed to pick up her walker that she had waited 6 months for and they agreed to have it ready for her. My mom has had several falls and is in need of a new walker. She called to pick it up and they told her they gave her new walker to someone else who needed it more. How did they know my mom wasn't in NEED of this walker?!? She very much needs a walker as the ER nurse in O.C hospital told her the last time she was in for a very bad fall. Next time we will make sure to have another adult with her when she needs to go into this store so she is treated fairly and right."
