"My location of Taco Bell is on 120th and center. I am typically most happy with the food and service. Today I was ordering the new dragon fruit Freezy the gentleman told me he cannot sell me that until the blue one was gone first. I was very disappointed that’s why I am writing this review. In hopes that whoever owns this food chain for this particular location can have a talk to their workers. This is a new featured item on the menu, they should have it available for the customers."
"I waited on staff to take my order. No one ever came. The Customer ahead of me Informed me to order through kiosk. Once order was in the system it still took a long time. Once I got my order, they forgot to add sour cream. I go back into the store and they made me a fresh taco supreme. It over twenty minutes to place my order and get my order, and it was still wrong."
"I drove up to the drive thru at the 120th & Center location today and was greeted by the most cheerful voice. LeShaun is the best at his job! I love it when i meet people who are killing it at work!"
"Went to Taco Bell and used the kiosk to order food then paid for it, then was given two cups , rhen went to get to get ice, was told it was down, told them It didn't want the drinks. They would not credit our drinks. So we paid for drinks we didn't get. Nor going back."
