"I probably take this service for granted and have taken all my suits, dress pants, woven dress shirts here on a weekly or semi-monthly basis for the past 7 years. I have also had them clean a very expensive synthetic tipple layer gore-tex mountaineering jacket and a linen for my wife. They are very consistent and reliably on-time. I’m pretty sure in 7.5 years of using them weekly they are 100% on time and 0% issues. They have never losses an item, never returned something damaged, never been late. If I leave something in a pocket they have it in a bag for me when I pick up. If I don’t get something to them until last minute they take care of me and get it done ASAP if I ask. I’m always met with a smile and politeness. This type of consistency is what I remember 30 years ago and is so rare in today’s America. Also they are very reasonable on price and very much worth it that I even take my everyday woven shirts in now. Thank God they are here to provide this service and I hope they of a succession plan that will provide a new owner or employee with an opportunity and be someone who will continue the high standard they have set."
