"Called to check hours for Saturday, was told they were open till noon. Asked if we needed an appointment and was told no, drove the 30 minutes over, arrived at 11:30 and was told the nurse practioner had left for the day. Was told I could go to ER or come back Monday. Expressed to her how upset I was but was just told how sorry they were. Why have urgent care till 12 if staff leaves early, especially when I called first! Very upsetting! Will only go to other urgent cares from now on."
"Called because I couldn't exactly find the place,I don't live in Le Mars. I was rudely told they weren't seeing any more patients at 11:40 am on a Saturday for back pain . Said I could go to the ER. Umm no thank you. Too expensive for just back pain."
