"I was very disappointed in the service of "cleaning" my pillows and putting on new ticking. I was charged full (regular size) price for a pillow 1/4 the size of a regular. The pillows were considerably smaller than the ones I dropped off. What happened to the feathers that were removed? I dropped off 4 regular size and 1 baby size. Of all these, the baby one was the only one that was not considerably smaller. In trying to get some answers, the gentleman was very rude and did not want to make any changes. Why is the price of a regular the same price as a king size? Too bad this was a disappointing experience as I would probably have gone back again - but definitely not now."
