"Do not go to PCI if you are diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Doctor Bors suggested a full mastectomy, reluctantly she went with the patients request for a lumpectomy. Pathology came back, negative of any carcinomas. I feel PCI is more interested in statistics rather than what is right for the patient. Very Scary experience."
"Bad experience with cardiologist receptionist today. I think they need a few lessons in public relations. Wouldn't lift a finger to help me get back to my father's exam room. University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is hands down superior to this outfit. Bet that within 10 years PCI will be known as UIHC, Cedar Rapids, and gals like the arrogant ones that I had an encounter with today will be flipping hamburgers at McDonald's."
"I GIVE NEG STARS. BEWARE!!..(DO NOT FILL OUT SURVEY, THEY WILL HOLD IT AGAINST YOU). GET A DIFFERENT DR. DON'T GO TO ANY OF THESE CLOWN DOCTORS. "The receptionist was incredibly passive aggressive when I called to change pharmacies and switch to a generic (my insurance no longer covers brand). I was on the phone for 16 minutes as she slowly listed all the times they had filled it at my former pharmacy as well as listing every time they filled the brand. All true statements, but why? I only asked that she update the info. I don’t know what I said wrong, but it was very off putting and I am fortunate enough to take my business elsewhere."
"Honestly, it has been faster than all the other hospitals I’ve tried. I had a knee injury from my motorcycle accident and it seems like the other two hospitals didn’t do anything they never called back. I had to go find this place on my own and they did x-rays, and MRIs in the same day, everything went through fast and there were no billing issues. That’s an embarrassment to the larger organizations here."
