"My mother has a disability, very much in need of health care and can't afford health insurance. We made an appointment for her at the Alcester clinic after they assured us the services were billed on a sliding scale and the appointment would cost 25$. She went all the way to Alcester and was told "pretty much nothing we can do without insurance",so paid the 25$ and left. Today we received a "bill" for 120$...@ We are filing a complaint against their clinic and the doctor, his name is Brett Danielson. Do not go there, you will not be helped, and they will try to get money from you that you never agreed to."
"I am on the sliding fee. Went in to get birth control and had to get a pap smear since I hadn't had one for a long time. They didn't bother to tell me that the lab for the pap smear and other test had to be sent out to be read and that doesn't include the sliding fee. So here I get a $300 dollar bill for that! If I would have known it was going to cost that much I wouldn't have done it."
