"Please do not use this facility. I just moved to town and went to use this facility for the first time, only to find mushrooms growing on the floor. Yep right there infront of a washing machine. They don't clean out their machines soap dispenser so their is mold growing in them. So if you value your health, don't use this facility to do your laundry."

"A Little Cleanup Please. When I visit a town, I’m not always in need of restaurants, stores, or attractions. During an extended travel, I need to do laundry. So, I consider more ratings when I see more efforts. This is the case at “Kwik-n-Neat” in the little town of, Le Mars, IA. It’s not the fanciest place, but I was impressed with the washer and dryer setup. One item is the rinse temperature. I always use warm but the rinses are always cold. I know this saves energy, but is this good this good for laundry? I’m now wondering if colder temps leave soap residue. Seems like the warm rinse got the clothes a little cleaner than the others. The dryers were good too. Got the clothes dry the first go around. Again, to compare, some places, I have to add a little more dryer-time now and again. If you want to hang around, they have a table and chairs which makes for easy viewing of TV. Here, they provide a remote as well. Not to fault other locations, as the population might be a little more trustworthy in IA, comparatively. Again to compare, every laundromat I’ve seen has seating arrangements along the perimeter of the walls. My only criticism is some trash on the otherwise clean floor. Also maybe just a couple of wipes to get rid of the dried soap in the washer. Basically, just a little cleanup to get the place as good as their excellent equipment."

"There are lots of washers and dryers here. The place smelled fresh but needed picked up. There were dryer sheets all over the floor, all the windows were filthy with fingerprints and the floor needed swept badly but much better than the last place I stopped at. There was mold spots in the dispenser part of a washer. No attendant on site here. Coin machines will take a $10 bill ;)"
