"I really wanted to get scuba certified for an upcoming cruise. I tried for several months to get information and join a class. There was a lack of response and poor coordination/information. I have heard great things about this school but feel like they really let me down. I wasn't able to get certified and now can't do this as part of my upcoming trip."
