"5 people showed up. Would not speak with me (and I'm fluent in Spanish). Would not take off street shoes/winter boots. Cleaned for 28 minutes. Didn't clean one of the baths or any of the ceiling fans. Didn't take out trash or recycling. I was charged for 45 min (amount of time on my driveway). Arrived Friday afternoon and emailed my complaint Monday morning. They said "sorry, too late"...and did nothing. Nothing! I've had cleaners for over 30 years. I fired this group based on Judy's response to me."
