"Honestly had high hopes for this place and disappointed myself. I’ll start with never feeling welcomed. Drops off were awkward, there was barley any communication. You would be lucky if you get a hello. I don’t know if it was because I am a younger mom. I had questions on tour that were answered I feel like just what the parents would like to hear. Not to mention they didn’t say anything about an abuse case till after we started, that just recently happened. Cambria the area lead is not pleasant at all. She would never make eye contact with you. She was really rude when asked who she was like I am suppose to know without her introducing herself, honestly disliked when she was in my sons room for the day because they don’t have a teacher yet…they definitely need more teachers. The leads they have now don’t care to actually give the right care and just want it to be easy. As well my kids were always sick since they started and had bite marks and bruises that were never reported to me. Recently if I asked a question you would not get a direct answer. They barley update the app throughout the day to see how your kids are doing and never had updates about their day at the end of the day either."
