"Here at Custom motor and small engines, you can fill propane tanks. After getting our tanks filled and they are secured in the back hatch with a ratchet strap. I go to Walmart to get a few things. I come out from Walmart to put groceries in the car, and my five-year-old boy opens the hatch because that's his favorite thing to do. Luckily our vehicle did not explode because it was full of propane. I managed to get the propane tank across the parking lot, where it sat for the next 45 mins leaking in a safe place until the fire department came out. My husband called custom motors and small engines and asked if they could do something about this cause they overfilled it. Their response was they did not overfill it, we had damaged it, and we were calling to get free stuff. I want to say there is a way to handle your customers. You don’t respond to them like that. If you honestly can’t do anything about it, just say that."

"Great place to get any and all small engine repairs make. I took two snow blowers in and they were done in as many days. They are also Stihl and Toro dealer. They will work on anything though. They also rent tools and other implements of destruction!! Can’t go wrong if you come here."

"Had my tractor over one week for a warranty repair and had not even contacted manufacturer to insure coverage and couldn't say when they would. Took it 30 miles to another shop. Had warranty authorization in less than 30 minutes."

"Services small engines like lawn mowers, weed trimmers, chain saws, etc. They do not do any motorcycle sales or repair. They have a nice selection of mowers, trimmers and saws along with parts to repair. Should remove the "Custom Motorcycle" reference to their name to avoid implying they work on or sell them."
